Purchased for SGD7 from Phoon Huat. In a nutshell: This is the best vegan cheddar I have come across for eating cold, with crackers. I used to snack on dairy cheddar blocks and crackers in my pre-vegan days. So I am really happy to have found this. The firm yet crumbly texture is spot on. It is salty and has a sharp cheddar aroma. Nutrition wise--this is made from a blend of coconut oil and starches--so it is not a health food. I enjoyed this for being able to eat cheddar and crackers again.
