Grated Mild Cheddar

It says mild but is a very flavourful vegan cheese if you like that. It melts really well which is a winner imo

My husband loves using this in his tofu scramble or in croissants. I prefer it in salad or in a burrito (as pictured!). It has a nice mild flavor and melts well. Probably one of the better melting cheeses, in my opinion. #sheese #cheese #grated #cheddar #melt

I used this grated cheese in my tuna mornay (future tvna) and it was really good! Tasted quite real, not coconutty. I used it in the white sauce and also on top, very successful!

A good vegan cheese to add to other well flavoured things. Gave a good cheesy flavour to my left over Mexican brunch!

Love this!!! It melts beautifully.. and I think it tastes very similar to regular cheddar!
