Biscoito Casadinho

This is a vegan and gluten free version of a very famous Brazilian sweet snack that is made of two butter biscuits together with a filling of Guava jam. I really liked it, it's not as fatty as the original one and even though it doesn't have gluten, it's not brittle

Tasty! As usual, the Brazilian nutritional label is super strange (per portion of 2.5 biscuit??? Who eats 2.5 biscuits? These biscuits do not lend themselves to cutting in half...), so I just ate the whole package 🤷🏼‍♀️ #glutenfree
