My recipe for the sauce is to mix gochujang paste, water, sugar, vinegar, sesame oil
with the ratio of 4:2:2:1:1. Feel free to explore what you want to mix it with. I like making bibimbap (Korean mixed rice + vegetable) only by mixing in the sauce on the plate after the rice and vegetables are cooked. WARNING: quite spicy (coming from an Indonesian who eats lot of chilli) 🌶🌶
Korean gochujang paste is a must-have in my fridge. You can find this in any Asian store.
