nice simple cookies, quite chunky, crumbly in a good way

Cookies with mini chocolate chips! 🍪 They are made with glutenfree #oats, rice flour, potato flour and starches. Very #crunchy and crumbly, definitely a ‘dry’ type of #cookie which I really like. The texture is very nice and not just in a ‘good for being glutenfree’ way. Small pieces of oat and they also have a nice mild oat flavour. They are #sweet but a bit less so compared to your average #chocolatechipcookie. They have a bit of an salted butter aftertaste which is nice, it nicely compliments the oats and chocolate. The #chocolatechips are tiny but there is a good amount of them and they have a good chocolate flavour that is on the mild side. The #chocolate texture is super soft and melty. The design of the packaging is fine, they do have double plastic inside but they are so crumbly that I feel like they might break easily. So in this case they might actually need it. Each box contains 12 small-ish #cookies. Contains certified palmoil and is also #lowfodmap friendly! The price is the big negative here, they cost around ~65 NOK at Coop which is a lot, even for something #glutenfree. #chocoholic #oatcookies #sweettooth #vegancookies
