Yeah I’m not sure if I’m a huge fan of this. If I gather this correctly, you are to add a couple of table spoons into hot water, and then it expands. I can feel the sunflower seeds and it does taste a bit herb-ish. Maybe if I added in some beefless ground meat it may be better? Honestly I can’t tell at this point. It’s definitely still edible. I roasted tomatoes and then blended in and added some kidney beans to the Seitenbacher vegan meat, so after that it felt less herb-ish.
