I love basil pesto!!! I would normally make my own but basil leaves from the
store are insanely expensive in Singapore 🇸🇬 and because of the humidity it’s a bit hard to grow naturally without pesticides. So I end up buying jars of pre-made pesto sauce. There are a few available now that are vegan but the only one that’s truly exceptional is made by #seggiano. It has an incomparable freshness and is made using cashews and olive oil, unlike all the other vegan pesto sauces that use tofu and sunflower oil.
The results are fantastic! One jar is enough for about 500 grams of pasta. The only downside is the one place in Singapore where I could get this is out of stock most of the time and raised the price 50%, thanks #supernature 🧐
