Panna da fantastica, non dolcificata ma perfetta anche montata per i dolci. Io l'ho usata per il tiramisù ed è stato un successo (fratello onnivoro non si è nemmeno accorto che il tiramisù fosse veg).

The vegan cream could be whipped stiff in a short time. Since it contains (almost) no sugar, we added some. The whipped cream is airy and fluffy. Not directly comparable to real cream, but a very good alternative. It went very well with our freshly baked peach tart.
