Il sapore è molto buono, una volta montata a me è restata ancora molto liquida, ma magari è solo perché l'ho utilizzata vicino alla data di scadenza.

Ottimo sostituto della panna. A prova di onnivoro, non si smonta. Mettere in frigo un paio di ore prima di montare. Non occorre aggiungere nulla. Il gusto è ottimo, leggero sentore di vaniglia. Bio. Prezzo assolutamente adeguato.
