Definitely one of the best gluten free bagels I’ve had to date. The texture is perhaps a bit more bready than your typical bagel, but it’s great when toasted. 🥯 A once in a while purchase for me, as it’s processed and doesn’t have much nutritional value. @cheftique, thanks for the sprouts! 🌱 #glutenfree
I love these gluten-free bagels with both sweet and savory pairings (the one pictured is filled with scrambled tofu, yellow tomatoes, and vegan mayonnaise ... ah! Chef kiss!). The neutral - but not bland - flavor makes them very versatile. I think they would be even better lightly toasted. I'll try next time. Totally recommended.
