My FAVORITE crushed tomatoes to make my “Sunday Sauce”. I sauté chopped garlic in a

little olive oil, add the crushed tomatoes, some seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, oregano and crushed red pepper). Bring to a quick boil then simmer for 20-40 minutes.

Add over pasta with roasted eggplant, add arugula if you like too. Yum!

These canned tomatoes are affordable and fresh tasting. Perfect for tomato sauce over pasta or

vegan pizza. Jersey tomatoes are the best!

My dog got skunked and we didn’t have any tomato juice. Not sure if that

is an urban legend or not, but i rubbed crushed tomatoes all over her fur and it kindof maybe worked?
