Buonissimo!! Il sapore di tartufo si sente ma non è eccessivo. È un formaggio vegetale a pasta dura, da mangiare a fine pasto o come aperitivo con un bel bicchiere di vino 🍷
I think this was the fanciest and tastier vegan cheese I ever had. It's very special, made the trick for my non vegan family. Dairy, lactose, soya and gluten free.
