Very delicious cheese alternative. It's a bit expensive but I wanted to try it out

and I'm happy I did because it tastes really good. Will buy again sometime.

What the heck?! This product is not eatable 😖 I thought „Nice idea to produce

vegan cheese mainly from chickpeas“ but I have to say it is gross 🤢 Taste and consistency are really poor and even though I hate throwing away food this piece went to waste directly. I couldn’t imagine how to use this and make it taste better. Cannot recommend it at all ☹️ 👎🏼 #ditchdiary

The name made me think it would be gouda-like, but the flavor is really smoky

and at least not like my memory of gouda. It's good, I want to try the original version next. When cutting the cheese, it crumbles a little.

Il sapore mi ricorda un po' la provola affumicata con la consistenza di un formaggio

feta. Non è male devo dire, ma forse un po' invadente il sapore affumicato, mi piace di più quello naturale.
