Vegan Smoked Salmon

I ordered this from The Very Good Butchers and I’m impressed! It comes frozen (they

ship their meats with ice packs) and you get a decent amount of “salmon” in a package. It’s flavourful and has the same consistency as salmon. I made some mini lox bagels with this — so good!

I came across this by chance after seeing it on a lot of other

people’s feeds. Very happy to try it. Taste was excellent and I love how it’s carrots! A good smokiness and balance between sweet and savoury. I had it on some crackers with veg cream cheese. Definitely worth a try at least once.

like the taste of salmon, which I don’t. However I got this for my fiancé, who used to love sea food. This product is made with carrots and very low calorie count at 80 for the whole pack.
