This is really the closest one can get to Ajisen Ramen. It is so heart

I was surprised to see these noodles at Daiso! I had to try them. They
make the perfect quick and easy meal. I like that the noodles are non-fried too. Iād definitely buy them again!

hmm itās been too long since the last time i had some #veganramen ... this
tastes lighter than the one in white packaging from my memory ... itās still good overall!āØ

This is the other allium free version (see previous post for the spicy version) that
I have gotten from dondonki. Unlike the spicy version, this soup seems to be towards the soy-based type with the fragrance of sesame oil incorporated in the stock to bring out the flavour. Personally, I prefer the other version but this is also delicious as well and especially suitable for those who do not take alliums at all! Suggest to add your favourite vegetables or plant based proteins for a more substantial meal š

Added my favourite veggies into the mix for a complete and nutritious meal āŗļø the
seasoning is on the heavy/ savoury side, so would suggest to add more water for the soup! Would recommend all to try šŗ
