This is my favorite hot sauce of all time. Anyone else ever tried it?? It’s got an interesting twang and flavor but I LOVE it. Only one restaurant in my town has it, if you ever get the opportunity you should try it! This is a local sauce from Costa Rica. It has a nice, rich flavor that pairs well with savory dishes. Definitely get it if you get the chance. It is delicious, and you can sometimes find it in other countries. The flavor is sort of like Worcestershire and soy but with more of a veggie flavor. I go through bottles of the stuff.
