I enjoyed this salsa casera from the brand Herdez. I bought it at my local Wegmans for $2.99. I used it to flavor a taco filling made up of tofu and kidney beans. It really made the flavors of the filling come together. It definitely a liquidy salsa, so not super thick. My parents are non-veg but we have a vegan dinner night every week, and this was our choice this week. They always love the food and I’ve noticed if I bring a vegan product they like, they will go and buy it for themselves😀 #vegantacos #salsa

Tomato salsa. Classic tomato-y, good texture/consistency. Not too spicy. #vegan

This salsa is delicious overtop a vegan enchilada. It is a little watery for chips, so I add avocado or vegan queso to it when I want to use it as dip. #salsa
