Inizialmente il gusto della teriyaki mi lasciava un po' dubbiosa, devo ammetterlo.. ma nelle dosi giuste e con i piatti giusti, è tutta un'altra storia! Molto buona con il seitan alla piastra

Premetto che avevo già assaggiato la salsa Teriyaki in vari ristoranti o poke e mi è sempre stra piaciuta perciò ho deciso di comprarla. Ha un sapore completamente diverso, a mio parere immangiabile e ha pure un sacco di zuccheri. Ora sono in dubbio sul fatto che questo condimento mi piaccia o meno.
La salsa teryaki non è esattamente la mia preferita ma su alcune preparazioni ci sta bene
La salsa teriyaki é ottima per sostituire la salsa di soia. Mi piace tanto per marinare il tofu e le verdure. Davvero buona, ha un sapore molto autentico.
