So Organic Super Firm Tofu

Superb value for this #tofu from Sainsbury’s at £1.83. It cooked well too we dried it down and coated it in panko breadcrumbs and fried it!

Love this #smokedtofu as a #breakfastscramble or thinly sliced and dry fried for a #veganblt Has a really good flavour, so doesn’t even need anything added for the scramble (but I do usually add a half teaspoon of turmeric, salt & #nutritionalyeast to the plain variety). Always better on #ancientgrains bread with vegan butter 💚

Consistenza molto solida, ottimo da affettare o tagliare a cubetti, ovviamente va insaporito.

I don't find this tofu very firm, but quite crumbly.

The taste and texture of this tofu are nice. I mostly buy it as it's cheaper than other brands (and still organic!). I use tofu in so many different ways, even to make vegan ricotta with cashew nuts and nutritional yeast
