Pretty sure this was my first experience eating vegan gammon and overall I throughly enjoyed
it. It wasn’t cheap at around £7 I think, however i’d say it was worth that for a nice roast dinner. After cooking it for the recommended time, we found it a little tough still (know gammon is meant to be like that but it was too chewy for us) so we ended up putting it back in the oven for longer and the texture turned out much nicer. The orange glaze was a fabulous touch too, the flavour really soaked into the meat and made for a really interesting flavour
