This has a grainy texture and crumbles quite easily like feta. It melted better than

the shredded cheddar so I think the trick to getting vegan cheese to melt more easily is to get them in blocks and use a really fine grater.

Really nice cheese alternative to add to salads. I prefer Violife but couldn’t find it

in the store. Doesn’t have a great deal of nutritional value.

This was pretty good. I like the salty feta taste and it was quite crumbly

like feta, but it’s slightly slimy and not dry like feta. I put it in a Greek style salad and it was great though. I was pretty excited to try this and didn’t think it was too expensive at £2.25. I’d probably buy this again and recommend it

I was a bit nervous to try this. But it was lovely! I cooked it

in a dish with some tomatoes, then added pasta. Lovely!!

I'm not a huge fan of cheese in general, but I think that this does

its job when you need it for cooking, in a salad, etc.
