Simple coconut milk. Will suffice for cooking stews but not sure that the fat content
is high enough for vegan desserts. At <$2 a can, it’s a very good buy.

This worked really well in a curry I made. I’ve never used it before, it
didn’t make everything taste super coconutty, just made the sauce thicker and creamier which was really nice

Not as good as my go to, but I had no choice this was all
I could get hold of. It was more solid then liquid sadly.
