Good stuff! First time making Vietnamese rice paper rolls at home. They're printed with a pattern and you soak them in water to soften them. They become transparent and look flimsy but they're pretty good. If the food is wet it might still leak, using 2 layers helps. This dish was really fusion; we had turnip as cooked for popiah, mock fish, peanut butter and salad cream and it was a delicious combination. These rolls are handy, they don't need cooking and each roll is very thin so the packet has a lot. I don't know how many there are.

This Vietnamese rice paper is made of tapioca starch, rice flour, water and salt. It is gluten-free and fat-free. Rice paper usually comes in 2 sizes - 16cm or 22cm. This 22cm size can accommodate more fillings. My fillings include lettuce, alfalfa sprouts, coriander, avocado 🥑, tomato 🍅 and tea tree mushrooms. 🍄 A light dressing of liquid aminos and fresh lime juice creates a refreshing and delicious 😋 wrap.🌯 #wrap #wraps #veganwraps #stayhome #whatveganseat #govegan #veganism #vegrecipes #veganrecipes #veganwholefood #vietnamese #healthy #vegan #glutenfree #glutenfreewraps 📝Reviewed on 13 March 2020, Friday. 🕙🌛😴
