There’s nothing like the basics. Talking face-to-face, reminiscing and eating with our hands. Especially when that eating involves fresh chickpeas, tahini and a touch of garlic. Smooth, tasty and satisfying—in more ways than one.

/ name. It’s a wonderful and nutritious snack. I had it with celery. At home, I’d normally have it with peppers
hummuses, but I have to admit I did not like this. It was so oily and greasy, and too smooth for #hummus, except for whole chickpeas submerged here and there. It didn’t have a strong taste, but what taste there was was quite artificial. It’s also way more expensive than ordinary, own-brand hummus. I don’t think I would buy this, except in a hummus emergency.
