Vegan Zalmon Set

Been to a few good restaurants for vegan sushi and they aren’t close to this, for the price it’s unbelievable. Mind blowing shit

I was surprised on how close the taste of the Zalmon came to actual Salmon. The consistency is a bit different (a bit rubbery - not too much tho) but overall great taste and alternative
