i like to use this vegan mince every now and then. there are two different
ones from rügenwalder, the other one is not pink but rather brownish. i think this one here isn't already spiced etc. or at least not as much as the other.
when frying, it won't fall into small pieces but keep its shape more or less. you can use it e. g. for filled zucchini🤌🏽

The mince comparison 😅 This vegan mince smelled like cat fish before frying and was
very moist. The taste reminded me a bit of canned tuna. After frying it, however, that went away. Unfortunately, it was not so easy to fry, it always stuck to the pan. It was OK in the bolognese. But the mince from Endori was much better. Despite the price difference, I would choose the more expensive Endori product.

It tastes really great, I also cooked it for a meat eater and she loved
it. For me personallyl it's pretty gross and wouldn't want to eat again, the taste is too real🙈
