Chocolate Rubicon Cake

Pretty good chocolate cake, available at Whole Foods bakery section. The cake is somehow moist and crumbly at the same time, and the icing is thick and fudgy. I bought the little one to serve small pieces after dinner since I didn't know how this would taste. Word to the wise: frosting is thick enough that I couldn't smoosh birthday candles into it---they fell right over!

My local Whole Foods still doesn’t carry the whole cake 🎂, only cupcakes 🧁! Glad you enjoyed it! Happy Birthday 🎉🎂🎈!

So so so good! I love these cupcakes so much. Very soft, rich but not too rich and filled with chocolate cream. YUM!

I think it was $6 for the cake at Sprouts but it’s honestly worth it for a pastry you buy at the store. By itself its a bit dry,  but warm it up and it’s moist again . Refrain from refrigerating = dries it out
