The cheese is based on hemp seeds and cauliflower. It could be a little creamier, but the taste is very good. I think it's a bit expensive for 140g. 2,99 € (Kaufland)

Wow! Another vegan product from a conventional manufacturer. The taste of this grilled cheese really convinced me. Only a few have managed that so far. It tastes spicy and clearly like cheese, but not artificial but very authentic. The consistency is a little too firm to be mistaken for real cheese. But the taste is what counts. There is one 140g cheese per pack. You won't get full from this alone, but it's very good as a change from vegan sausages or as a burger cheese patty and with salad. #vegancheese #veganbbq
