Birra ambrata con una bella schiuma bianca e densa, è molto profumata e dolciastra, cosa che io gradisco molto!!

L’hanno portata a casa mia gli amici per un aperitivo. Solitamente non mi fa impazzire la birra rossa, ma questa è buona. Tra l’altro ne era avanzata un po’, e l’ho utilizzata per brasare del seitan con le cipolle 😋 buonissimo 😋
