I'm always in search for vegan chocolate. This isn't advertised as vegan but there are no animal products in it! I found it at FreshCo and was SHOCKED that it tasted just like the traditional Aero chocolate bar! The bubbles and creamy texture was spot on. It's been over 9 years since I've had an Aero bar and now I get this to fill that void 😂

I used to LOVE Aero chocolate bars, and a few years ago I had their special dark chocolate one that was accidently vegan, but it wasn't the same. This bar was kind of like that - fun to eat and try, but not the same. The chocolate is very dark, which I like, but maybe not so much when I'm trying to re-live my days of eating original Aeros, ya know? I got this at Highland Farms, and the company had other vegan things that weren't labelled vegan... not sure if that's their thing, but I'm happy to know of them now. I thought only the packaging has changes on this chocolate but it also tastes different so I am reviewing the new version. It's even tastier than before, more airy and melts very nicely 👌. It is also not as bitter as it used to be, more milky in a way although it doesn't contain any milk, of course. Overall, a great chocolate bar!
