These shrooms are so good that even the carnies enjoyed them on my cheese board. I was never a biltong lover but this I'll definitely always be keen on buying. Romeo recommended I freeze it if I'm not using it within a few days of purchase and it froze perfectly. My second bag I kept refrigerated.

Romeo & Veros meat replacements are very tasty and the texture is very good as a meat replacement. Also they are gluten free which is a plus.
These are so close to biltong that it completely freaked me out at first. Now I love it. It's quite expensive, but worth the splurge

It’s so good! It’s chewy and full of flavour. It’s made with mushrooms, gluten-free flour, spices, olive oil, and a little soy.
