Ritual Essential For Women

I’ve been taking Ritual vitamins for a few years, and I’m happy with them. My

blood work has been great, showing that these are keeping me healthy. It’s difficult to find a good vegan vitamin with reliable ingredients. I recommend this product.

I’ve been taking this for about two months now, and I really like it. One

of the best things is that this vitamin includes vegan DHA. Some vitamins make me nauseous, but I don’t have that issue with Ritual.

I like that these vitamins are designed for menopausal women and are vegan. I like

that they can be taken morning or night and with or without food. They are a bit pricey and I personally don’t like mint so am a little put off by their minty flavor, but I just swallow fast and all is well. #veganoutreach

i have taken these vitamins for about 2 years now and i love them! i

recently got bloodwork done at the doctor and everything besides my vitamin D was perfect (it was only a bit low so i supplement vitamin D now). my only issue with them is that they are very expensive and definitely not accessible for those with not much income coming in.

This is a good vegan multivitamin. It does have a very minty taste.
