A spicy flavourful Gochujang paste with the right amount of umami! Very easy to use,
and lovely taste.
Lazy vegan recipe:
• cooked pasta
• gochujang, much as you like
• cream
• spring onion
• gochugaru, to sprinkle on top
After boiling the pasta al dente, remove the water and put back on the stove. Add a splash of cream, a tablespoon gochugaru (or more) and finely chopped spring onion. Bring to a slow simmer so it thickens a bit, add salt and pepper to taste. Serve and top off with some gochugaru. Tasty & easy lunch done in 15 minutes! #lazyvegan #veganrecipes
