Non avevo ancora mai provato questa alternativa allo zucchero di canna e mi pare un più che valido sostituto. Non so quanto più salutare sia ma penso che alternare non guasti.

I had never tried this alternative to cane sugar and it seems to me a more than valid substitute. I don't know how much healthier it is but I think alternating does not fail.
