A super great alternative to rice! You get the same taste and texture profile of
rice but with waaay more protein because it’s made predominantly out of red lentils and other veggies!
Also great that it has pre-flavored options

I didn't hate it, it was okay. I didn't think it was worth the price
and pretty high in calories. 1/3 of a cup is 180 calories and 2 grams of fat.
