Spanish Rice

We find this a good starter and then we add lots of peppers and our

own salsa to it. Suppose it would be just as easy to make our own. Each box comes with a little seasoning packet. Our house loves rice. We had this for supper last night along with my homemade enchiladas.

It tastes like mush with A LOT of salt. Yuck!

very cheap so I was hoping for a low cost dinner that I didn’t expect to be healthy (it is not really). But who had the idea of mixing pasta with rice?! While the pasta is all overcooked and mushy the rice is still crunchy. The seasoning tastes like a cup of salt straight. Not gonna buy it again.
