Never been a fan of cheese even before I was vegan, but my Dutch partner
is (of course) and he can’t renounce. So when we eat together we try vegan cheese. This one doesn’t melt so well. Regarding the taste, nothing surprising

It taste like absolutely nothing.
I tried to eat it in several different ways but it
still taste like overcooked pasta with absolutely nothing inside.
Unfortunately it’s a big no.

i only like baked cheese (like on pizza) so i put this in the microwave
to see what happens.
well it got real crispy, didn't Form any threads. but the other day, i put it on my meal prep and then in the microwave and it kind of 'melted' but that was rather gummy-ish :o
i still have to figure out how to make this perfect
taste was ok. based on coconut oil but you won't taste that. I'll maybe buy it again
