That’s the famous nutritional yeast. I don’t like it a lot, but can be really
useful to give that “something more” of taste in some dishes.

Not the best nooch but not the worst either. I urgently needed some and couldn't
wait for an online purchase and a delivery so I bought the only one I could find at the store. It is pretty affordable though, and the taste is okay, good to eat with popcorn and make cheesy sauce but the taste is too strong to make vegan egg yolk :/
