Pappad is a crispy side served in traditional indian meals - over the years there have been tons of modifications of the same! It's best eaten with sambar rice/rasam rice or by itself! (Rasam is made using spices in boiling water, with a hint of tamarind/lemon and seasoning in it while sambar it similar but with different spices and a bit of daal/lentils) 🍚🍛 I'm craving a whole meal after this description😶🤤
