Veramente buono questo formaggio vegetale per pizza, che io ho usato dappertutto tranne che nella pizza 🤣 È ottimo sulla pasta e nei risotti, dove fa una cremina davvero goduriosa! Anche nei sandwich al posto della sottiletta fa il suo dovere... insomma, pizza lasagne risotti, dove la mettete fa la sua bella figura 😅

It definitely melts and it works pretty well for a gratin - pasta, vegetables, potatoes... The taste could be stronger, but it does what it's supposed to do. I will try it on a pizza next and hope it will also be delicious.
This 'cheese' melts well and even makes a bit of a crust when roasted. It has a mild taste.
Simply V Reibegenuss Wow, ich bin wirklich sehr positiv überrascht! Pur riecht der Reibegenuss schon sehr nach Käse. Beim ersten kosten fühlt er sich leicht mehlig an, aber dann kommt ein sehr intensiver, herzhafter und leckerer Käsegeschmack zum Vorschein! Ein top Produkt! Auch wenn das "schmilzt garantiert" in meinem Fall nicht perfekt geklappt hat. Beim Backen ist dieser nur ganz leicht verschmolzen. Definitiv ist der Reibegenuss viel weicher geworden
