Molto buona, non ho trovato poi così tanta differenza con quella di maiale. Comprata per curiosità da NaturaSì. Sicuramente la ricomprerò. A livello nutrizionale non so se "sana", ma i prodotti processati ne mangio talmente pochi e raramente che ogni tanto ci sta l eccezione
