I love this (and also love the same brand’s kung pao ch’kn). The portion
is sufficient (tho I could always eat more). The flavor is so rich. I found at Sprouts.

I found this frozen meal at Sprouts and purchase it when it was on special.
I cannot recall how much I paid for it at the time, but the full price is $10.99.
The take-out style packaging is so cute! Inside there is one pouch for the beef and broccoli and one for the sauce.
I thawed the beef/veggies in a pan, then added oil to fry, along with some scallion whites. Once the beef was slightly browned I added the sauce and scallion greens. I served with cabbage but this would have been nice with rice and extra veggies.
The beef reminded me of TVP/beef strips that you can buy at Chinese grocers or online and rehydrate. They were thinly cut and had a very slight smoky flavor. The sauce tasted like it had a hoisin base. It was sweet and savory; didn’t notice any heat.
Overall, this was tasty, fast and easy. I would recommend it to those who may not have or have access to the ingredients in order to prepare it oneself or if you would just like to try something different and tasty. My mind went to: “you can easily make this yourself in barely any more time and customize it for less than $10.99” because I know I have a package of TVP beef slices and lots of Asian sauce ingredients in my pantry/fridge.
I’ve not seen Red Moon anyplace else but Sprouts but they may be at other retailers.

this is such a cute take-out box package - found in the frozen section at
Sprouts! we love cooking but sometimes when we are a little bit lazy, we will re-heat frozen vegan entrees for a quick easy no-fuss meal

Such a great heat and eat meal!! I add a bag of arugula and some
mushroom and there is plenty of sauce!! Love it!
