Tastes like chocolate milk. Only 4g of protein, 11g of sugars. Nice, but would not repurchase, their protein dark chocolate drink is just as tasty and more nutritious. Plastic packaging.

tastes just like rich chocolate milk- with a tiny bit of a catch in your throat when ya swallow? anyways there's more quillaia in this than reishi, and i don't know much about quillaia but the internet seems to have a list of possible negative health effects.....?
