Ah, Rebbl, my go-to lunch break indulgence when I lived in adaptogenic-obsessed L.A. I haven’t
had one of these in a while, but found myself ordering one off Imperfect Foods this week.
I’m still unsure how I feel about coconut milk and its high saturated fat content—some say plant sources of it have good-for-you MCTs (this bottle cites it supporting an efficient metabolism and providing clean energy) and others say to avoid sat fat for heart health. Either way, it’s delicious.
Also contains pea protein (16g protein total), prebiotic fiber (32% of your daily fiber), and goodies like maca, ashwaganda, and reishi 🍄

The chocolate flavor was not as intense as I had hoped. I could taste the
protein flavor, but it was not bad. 16g of protein, 8g of sugars (7g of those are added sugars). Thick consistency. Plastic packaging.
