I have to make a "mea culpa", I have to confess, especially to you @helena12345, that me too, I also have committed an abomination in pasta culture 🙈🙈🙈 I admit with a certain shame that I'm guilty of having consumed these canned #ravioli . When I first learned that this kind of food is a thing in Switzerland, that apparently it's really common for swiss people to eat ravioli directly out of a can, I was shocked and disgusted... but then, years later, I discovered that Yolo offers this product, having replaced the meat that apparently canned ravioli used to contain with #fakemeat . So I bought one can, also because it's one of the few #veganproducts the little Coop next to my house sells, and as I want to show them we need more vegan products, I try to buy a little of everything now and then, to augment the demand at least on my side. I have to admit with a certain reluctance that they are great for when you absolutely don't have time to cook but need to eat and would like to eat something hot. You open the can, put the content in a small pot and wait 5 minutes to have a full, hot meal. I added some #oliveoil for the taste, as the #tomatosauce that cames with the ravioli tastes a little bit artificial to me. But all in all the ingredients are not too bad. There is #water 💧 , a 10% of tomato purée (which generally is just the waste of tomato industry), 8% of hard #wheat #semolina , some ridiculous 2% od #vegetables ( #onions, #carrots 🥕 and tick beans) and others, among which even some #champignon extract. The whole can contains 430 g of ravioli in the tomatosauce 🍅, which was a little too much for me... but I managed to finish everything in 20 minutes, because I felt stupid to leave 3 little ravioli behind... So yes, I did it 😈 and I'm begging pardon, asking for forgiveness to the Flying Spaghetti Monster God 😅🤣 😇 #veganisnotscary (in this case it actually is 🤣🤣🤣) #lazyvegan #veganfastfood
