A very good sour cream alternative from Rama. Composition based on lentils, canola and coconut oils. It has a loose consistency and a slightly sweet taste, so it will work for cooking, as an ingredient in soups and sauces.

It's a fresh, relatively low-fat cooking cream that comes very handy in a variety of

situations - it's not very thick and it's quite neutral in taste, so it works well i.e. with mushrooms in a pasta dish. Good value for money.
