This tastes exactly like chicken, I was pleasantly surprised! Certainly a good (and much more ethical) substitute!

Quorn is my favourite brand, so similar to meat. These are lush!
It's a fantastic combo with salad or quinoa, toast, vegetables, even fruits. Didn't have a proper oven and used pan to fry, burnt it a bit (third photo is my own dish with this) It can be a bit pricey for just two pieces and just wish it was vegan. brand uses free range eggs, but still. The bread crumbs and texture is yum.
