They aren't bad, a little dry I find. The coating is nice and crunchy, but there are better options out there.

El Quorn para quien no lo sepa se hace a partir de #micoproteina . Es de alto valor biológico y con una cantidad nada despreciable de proteínas. Su sabor se asemeja para mi al del pescado y su textura a aquellos que son azules. Este plato lo preparé en las navidades pasadas, quorn en salsa verde, delicioso. #refugiotheanimalacademy
