Excelente queso para usarse gratinado, viene rayado y es práctico para evitar cortarse o tener que repartirse en diferentes porciones. I love this vegan cheese! It truly melts and I use this in my tofu scramble and lentil burgers. It doesn’t have that strange artificial taste other cheese brands have.
