Con la avena me hice mi leche vegana y con la pulpa sobrante, me hice

estos fritos 😍
Son super fáciles!
A la pulpa se le hecha sal a gusto, cebollin o cebolla, zanahorias o ensalada primavera. Se revuelve, y yo le coloqué un poco de harina integral y sésamo.
Las coloqué en una cama de acelgas y se acompaña con papitas o con arroz quedan muuy ricos ! 🤗

secos, en galletas, platos salados, para hacer leche vegetal, etc. Y esta es perfecta para todo👌

La uso para un montón de cosas pero está la compré especialmente para hacer leche

de avena. Una taza de avena por dos de agua y queda bárbara. Le podes agregar un poco de azúcar y esencia de vainilla si querés. Para mí no necesita nada, es riquísima. #veganin2020
